제목 SYNTHESIS OF MULTI HYDROXYL GROUPS SUPPORTED CATALYSTS BEARING Ni(II) α-DIIMINE COMPLEXES FOR ETHYLENE POLYMERIZATIONS
초록 A series of highly active multi-hydroxy supported ethylene polymerization catalysts based on bidentate α-diimine ligands coordinated to Ni(II) have been successfully synthesized and characterized. The supported catalysts show high activities in presence of various alkylaluminium co-catalysts such as ethylaluminium sesqichloride (EASC) and methylaluminoxane (MAO). Polymerization activity of all catalysts was investigated under atmospheric and high pressure conditions at various temperatures. Among the co-catalysts, EASC records the best activity. The thermal stability of the catalysts was enhanced to a greater extent by heterogeneous support, and the resulting polyethylenes show uniform morphology.
