Low-temperature processed titanium oxide nanoparticles as electron transport layer for perovskite solar cells |
초록 |
Lead halide perovskite solar cells have attracted keen attention as promising energy conversion systems due to their feasibility with high power conversion efficiency, lightweight, low cost, and flexible architecture. The preparation of charge transporting layers at low temperature has been important for flexible devices and diverse applications. However, metal oxides prepared at low temperature have still hampered high performance of the device due to their low conductivity. We synthesized titanium oxide nanocrystals from titanium(IV) butoxide in 1-butanol as a solvent with acetylacetone as a surface ligand. We will present effects of doping, particle size, plasma treatment, and defect passivation of the titanium oxide nanocrystals as a low-temperature processed electron transport layer on the performance of perovskite solar cells. |
