제목 Covalent binding of a pH sensitive dye to poly (MMA-co-Acryloyl Amino Acid)
초록 We sysnthesized copolymer and dye for a fiber optic pH sensor. First, we synthesized two type of acryloyl amino acid by reacting acryloyl chloride with 4-aminobutyric acid or 6-aminocaproic acid, then copolymerized with MMA to get the optical fiber polymer matrix. We used fluoresceinamine (Sigma aldrich) and phenolsulfophthalein amine which was reacted phenol with saccharin derivative, O-nitro sulfobenzoic anhydride as a dye. The dyes were attached to the copolymer and measured sensitivity by difference pH values. The molecular structure was analyzed with FT-IR and NMR, and pH sensitive intensity was measured using the UV-vis spectroscopy.
