Recently, researchers are in progress to enhance low conversion efficiency due to insufficient light absorption, which could not be achieved by conventional thin film solar cells. So, we fabricate a 2D-hemisphere array film with randomly formed nanopatterns by nanoimprinting technique. Compared to other methods, Nanoimprinting technique is economical and simple. This film can increase the optical path length of incident light on the surface with high transmittance. Therefore, absorption of incident light of solar cell can be improved. Furthermore, randomly formed nanopatterns have anti-reflection(AR) function that reduces reflection of light. We can improve photo-current conversion efficiency of the solar cell by attaching film on solar cell surface. |
