Synthesis and Preparation of conjugated Target Moiety PLL-OCMCh(-S)-PEG-FA in vitro study for siRNA Delivery |

Folate receptor is one of the well-known express of the tumor cell surface. This study is targeting for folate receptor that express of the tumor cell surface. We synthesis PLL-OCMCh(-S)-PEG-FA for siRNA delivery carrier. The physicochemical characteristics of PLL-OCMCh(-S)-PEG-FA was investigated by 1H-NMR. Particle size distribution of the PLL-OCMCh(-S)-PEG-FA was determined using dynamic light scattering technique. Cytotoxicity of PLL-OCMCh(-S)-PEG-FA were measured according to the MTT assay. Gel electrophoresis was investigated binding affinity with PLL-OCMCh(-S)-PEG-FA/siRNA complex.
