제목 Comparison of Physical Properties and Morphology of PA66/PPO/CNT and PA66/PPO/graphene nanocomposites
초록 Polyamide(PA)/Polyphenylene oxide(PPO) blend has been used in many automobile parts. Physical properties can be changed by adding conductive filler CNT and graphene to PA/PPO blend. In this study, we compare the physical properties of nanocomposites after adding CNT and graphene to PA66/PPO blend. The contents of PA66 and PPO were fixed at 50/50, and the contents of CNT and graphene added were 0, 0.5, 1wt%, respectively. PA66/PPO/CNT, graphene composites were prepared by melt mixing using twin screw extruder. Mechanical property of PA66/PPO/CNT, graphene composites were mesured by impact tester and universal testing machine(UTM), respectively. Fracture surface was observed by using scaning electron microscopy(SEM). Thermal property was measured using diffrential scanning calorimeter(DSC). Electrical properties are measured by Digital Multimeter, Protek608.
