Organoid model building for prediction of cardio-cerebrovascular disease in microgravity |

In this study, a vascularized three-dimensional organoid was developed to monitor of the effect on the cell in real-time and new metabolite biomarkers were identified by quantitative changes in intracellular/external metabolites. In addition, using regulatory protein, the therapeutic model about potential vascular diseases in microgravity was also presented. Specifically, production technology of 3D organoid was established for imitating microgravity environment, new metabolites associated with cardio-cerebrovascular disease model of space environment were identified and the potential space disease improvement model was presented. Also, the shape change extracellular matrix was developed for 3D organoid structure. This is a novel shape changeable extracellular matrix producing technology which enables even biomaterials with weak mechanical properties to form a 3D structure at the micrometer level. |
