Preparation and Characterization of Poly(methyl methacrylate) Beads withstabilizer |
초록 |
Preparation conditions change the size,transparency and shape of poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA) beads.Those were observed by scanning electron microscopy, microscopy, macrography and FT-IR analyzer. Using poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) was more transparency and smaller beads than poly(vinyl pyrrollidone) (PVP).Nonorganic materialsare not useful suspending stabilizer. But increasing the stirring speed 2 times more,only case of CaSO₄,made some polymer beads. Using the yeast corn which is natural stabilizer made crushed sphere PMMA.In all cases, the more concentration of suspending stabilization used, the smaller size of PMMA beadswas made. |
