Recently, the display has been miniaturized and lightened to meet the rapidly changing world trend. However, it has serious problems such as generated heat at device parts. This heat can cause malfunction of the device or serious product defects. In this study, we developed a graphene adhesive film with high thermal conductivity. It was confirmed that the thermal conductivity of the graphene adhesive film is higher than commercial thermal conductivity film. As a result, it is expected that it will be applied to the thermal conductivity film used in the miniaturized display module. |
