제목 Antibacterial Activity of Ag-nanopartcile
초록 Since last decade, metallic silver knows catalysis effects to those antibacterial activities. The silver ionic solution produced was stable with regard to antibacterial activity. In this study, we investigate the effect of anti-microbial and minimum inhibitory concentration for the Staphylococcus aureus KCTC 1928(S. aureus) with Ag- nanoparticles aqueous solution. The antibacterial effects of Ag- nanoparticles was measured by cup diffusion method (growth suppression exchange = total growth suppression exchange-diameter of the disc (8mm)).
We could observe the results that S. aureus confirm their state as time and density in proportion to degree growing S. aureus and effect of Ag- nanoparticles aqueous solution look at change of S. aureus. We also speculated those antibacterial activities by TEM and SEM. At this point, we could find Ag- nanoparticles disinfect very effectively to S.aureus.
