초록 | A novel system for gene delivery, based on the use of DNA-synthetic nanoparticles (nanospheres), has been developed. These particles were spherical, with a size range of 100-250 nm. Nanoparticles modified with amino groups had a positive charge and positive groups had the property, which induced the interaction particles and DNA. The toxicity of nanoparticles was relatively low. The higher the charge density of the particles was, the more the amount of the adsorption DNA was. |
