제목 Liquid phase deposition of amorphous In2S3 nanorods: Effect of annealing on phase change and photoelectrochemical performance
초록 The thin film of In2S3 was deposited onto glass and ITO substrates in the solution at 345 K. The amorphous In2S3 films were annealed for 10 min from 523-673 K and structure/phase change was confirmed from XRD patterns as on ITO substrate, background peaks were dominant than thin film itself. Effect of annealing revealed change in phase from an amorphous In2S3 to nanocrystalline In2O3 was also reflected from enhanced absorbance due to the crystallinity improvement, and then decreased due to the phase change. Changes of electronic parameters from photoelectrochemical characteristics were consistent with XRD and optical observations.
