Synthesis of Thiol-Derivatized Gold Nanoparticles in a One-phase Aqueous System |
초록 |
A new one-phase aqueous method for synthesizing relatively uniform-sized gold nanoparticles has been developed by using BER as an environmentally benign reducing agent and glutathione as a nontoxic material for the stabilization. TEM studies on the solution showed spherical gold nanoparticles of 10-12 nm in size range. In conclusion, this new method providing environmentally friendly nanoparticles could be used extensively for synthesizing gold nanoparticles as well as nanoparticles of other noble metals and the producing nanoparticles could be used as water soluble pharmaceuticals. |
