Preparation and characterization of hyaluronic acid/chondroitin sulfate-based hydrogel system using radiation technique |
| 초록 |
The artificial skin model composed of biocompatible natural polymer and synthetic polymer with high mechanical property were designed for alternative tests to animal experiments. We synthesized hyaluronic acid and chodroitin sulfate derivatives with polymerizable residues with precise control over the substitution degree. The hyaluronic acid/chondroitin sulfate-based hydrogels with various composition were prepared by using radiation technique. The enzymatic degradation kinetics of hydrogel and the drug release properties from hydrogels were investigated to evaluate the feasibility for artificial skin substitutes. |
