제목 Insoluble, flexible, eco-friendly RFID substrate based on carboxylic methylcellulose
초록 Today, petroleum-originated plastic materials have contributed greatly to daily lives and industrial development of modern society. However, it has emerged as a cause of serious environmental pollution. To solve this environmental problem, bio-originated and biodegradable plastic, which is competitive to the synthetic plastic will be an alternative substrate as an environmentally friendly and harmless plastic, that can be decomposed by microorganisms in the soil. Recently, progress has been made in manufacturing transparent materials using cellulose-based biomass. In this study, a flexible, transparent RFID substrate was produced without dissolving in water using sulfuric acid in carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC). It is expected that this will be developed as an environmentally friendly RFID film that can promote the fourth industrial revolution.
