제목 Fabrication and Characterization of Composite Nanoparticles Growth Factor Delivery.
초록 The chitosan stabilized F-68/PVA/heparin composite nanoparticles is designed and characterized for growth factor delivery. F-68 (poly (ethylene oxide)-poly (propylene oxide)-poly (ethylene oxide) triblock copolymer) and heparin forms by hydrogen bonding in water, and this mixture formed complex nanoparticles by electrostatic interaction with positively charged chitosan. TGF-ß2, a model growth factor, was loaded before the formation of complex nanoparticles by chitosan. FE-SEM was used to observe the formation of chitosan stabilized F-68/PVA/heparin nanoparticles complex and ELS was used to observe the size distribution and zeta-potential. The amount of released TGF-ß2 was determined by ELISA. TGF-ß2 was loaded into nanoparticles complex, and a sustained release was observed maintaining its bioactivity. These indicate that the nanoparticles complex in this study can be utilized as a sustained delivery system for growth factor.
