제목 Properties of magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles by various synthetic method
초록 The synthesis of superparamagnetic nanoparticles has been intensively developed not only for its fundamental scientific interest but also for many technological applications. The control of the monodisperse size is very important because the properties of the nanocrystals strongly depend on the dimension of the nanoparticles. To understand superparamagnetic behavior and to improve applications or develop new ones, careful studies related to control of surfactants, particle sizes, materials, and physical behavior are essential. In this study, preparation method of iron oxide nanoparticles was researched about thermal decomposition, water-in-oil method,  and hydrothermal method.  It was investigated by HRTEM, XRD, and SEM. Also, the magnetic properties of the nanoparticles were studied by SQUID magnetometer and optical microscopy.
