Continuous distillation column design and energy optimization for high-purity waste refrigerant purification and regeneration |
초록 |
Waste refrigerant recovery reenters the market by treating the refrigerant gas used in different cooling loops to a strictly high-purity level. This treatment method can reduce the degree of ozone layer depletion, which is a problem with refrigerant gases. Therefore, a continuous distillation column for refrigerant regeneration is proposed in this study. The processing of multiple waste refrigerant mixtures in one column is a challenge in this operation. Refprop thermodynamic modeling was applied to adequately reflect the gas-liquid equilibrium of the widely used mixture R-22&R-410a/R-32&R-125/R-12&R-134a. Shortcut and rigorous simulations were performed and optimized using Aspen hysys V.10. |
