Chemically Modified ZnO Nanoparticles and its properties |

We investigated the fabrication method ofsuperhydrophobic nanocoating prepared by a simple spin-coating and the chemisorption offatty acid. The resulting coating has a static water contact angle of 154°. We observed the effect of carbon lengths of Self-Assembled Monolayer(SAM) on hydrophobicity and the thermal stability of SAM on ZnO nanoparticles. |
