| 초록 |
α-Alkynylated heterocycloalkanes are widely present in natural products and in medicinally active complexes such as inhibitors and receptor agonists. We are interested in substitution reactions with highly selective and reactive alkynylaluminum reagents. In this study, we report a novel synthesis method for α-alkynylated heterocycloalkanes using alkynylaluminum reagent and cyclic acetal derivatives containing acyl group. |
