제목 A diketopyrrolopyrrole based molecular semiconductor for solution processed organic electronic devices
초록 We synthesized a soluble small molecule based on diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP) end capped with carbazole as a semiconducting material for organic electronics. DPP is known to be a strong electron deficient unit and its derivatives having exceptional optoelectronic properties and thermal stability. On the other hand, electron rich carbazole moiety has potential ability as hole-transporting, high charge carrier properties and photochemical stability. The chemical structure, optical and electrochemical properties of this small molecule is measured by NMR, HRMS, UV-Vis absorption, fluorescence, and cyclic voltammetry. We fabricated solution processed OFET devices using this new DPP derivative as a semiconducting channel and cross linked polyvinylphenol (PVP) as polymer gate dielectric. OFET performance has been measured and analyzed.
