Development of A-D-A triad n-type materials based on perylene bisimide |
초록 |
Organic semiconductor has been investigated for optical and electronic applications including OLDE, OTFT and OPVs motivated by the low cost, flexible panels. Donor-Acceptor (D-A) dyad and D-A-D triad molecules have attracted for narrow band gap and charge transfer property. We have attempted to develop A-D-A molecules based on perylene-conjugated donor-perylene structure as an n-type candidate. HOMO/LUMO energy levels of perylene acceptor changed with donor segment and flat rigid molecules would induce a pi-stacking structure favorable for electron conduction. The synthesis and optical properties of A-D-As were discussed in the presentation. |
