제목 Fe-Mn catalyst coated on metallic monolith for low temperature SCR with superior sulfur resistance
초록 The V-W/TiO2 based catalysts were widely used for NH3-SCR. However, the V-based catalyst in practical applications which still has some inevitable problems, including narrow reaction temperature range, low reactivity below 300oC and V2O5 toxicity. In addition, at present, increasing industrial waste gas treatment urgently calls for the development of low-temperature SCR technology. The goal of this study was to development of Mn-based coating catalyst for LT-SCR with high sulfur resistance on the metallic monolith. The metallic monolith coating catalyst could be used simi-permanently by washing and re-coating the catalyst slurry with mechanical strength unlike ceramic making less industrial waste. The Fe-promoted Mn catalyst showed excellent SO2 resistance and enhanced durability.
