Heterologous production of spectinomycin in S. venezuelae YJ003 |
| 초록 |
The cosmid (Spc8), which has 17 kb and 16 open reading frames, was isolated from Streptomyces Spectabilis ATCC27741 as the gene cluster of spectinomycin. This gene cluster includes the biosynthetic genes of spectinomycin with the resistance genes and regulatory genes. It was heterologously expressed in Streptomyces venezuelae YJ003, which has the advantage of fast growing and good efficiency of transformation. The isolated compound was analyzed by TLC, LC-MS spectrometer and shows 333 MW as spectinomycin. |
