제목 High purity H2 production on sorption enhanced methane reforming process using various Nickel precursors
초록 A study for pure H2 production through the CO2 capture is possible in sorption enhanced steam methane reforming (SESMR) process. The best efficiencies were obtained using CaO, because it is more favourable thermodynamics and high reaction rates. The Ni-Ca-Al-based catal-sorbents were prepared with various Nickel precursors such as Nickel nitrate (NAC-N), Nickel chloride (NAC-C) and Nickel acetate (NAC-A) by the impregnation method at 850oC. The Ni-Ca-based catal-sorbents were carried out in a fixed-bed reactor at 600oC, S/C = 4. The NAC-A catal-sorbent showed the higher methane conversion (99 % ) and CO2 capture capacity (10.7 mmol CO2/g sorbent) than those of the other catal-sorbents. The Ni-Ca-Al-based catal-sorbents were discussed and characterized by XRD, BET and TEM.
