Synthesis of Glycine-Proline Conjugated Low Molecular Water soluble chitosan for Drug carrier |
| 초록 |
In this study, we have synthesized glycine-proline(GP) conjugated low molecular water soluble chitosan (LMWSC) for drug carrier. GP conjugated LMWSC was prepared by cconjugation of GP to LMWSC using EDC/NHS-mediated condensation. GP conjugated LMWSC was synthesized by the conjugation reaction between the carboxyl group of GP and the amine group of LMWSC. The physicochemical properties of the GP conjutated LMWSC were investigated by using 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, FT-IR and GPC. |
