제목 | Synthesis and Degradation of Biodegradale Poly(L-lactide)-Poly(ε-caprolactone) Multiblock Copolymers |
초록 | PCL/PLLA multiblock copolymers were prepared through coupling reactions between two short blocks without chain extend compounds. Multiblock copolymers consist of soft segment of PCL and hard segment of PLLA. These copolymers showed elastic property due to the physical crosslinkng between PCL and PLLA segment, in which various favourable properties including processibility, biodegradability and elastic property could be obtained. Our research mainly composed of the synthesis, physical properties analysis and degradation studies of block copolymers. Triblock and random copolymers composed of ε-CL and L-LA units were synthesized and compared. PCL/PLLA copolymers were characterized by using 1H-NMR, DSC, TGA, WAXD, polarizing microscope, and Instron. |
