제목 Preparation of Metal Affinity Chromatography Base on Polymer Microbead by Atom Transfer Radical Polymerization
초록 In previous study, we prepared the polymer microbeads with epoxy group by radiation induced polymerization in order to immobilization of proteins, amine, and etc. However, the prepared polymeric microbeads can not packed on the HPLC column because soft physical properties. In this study, we prepared the metal affinity stationary phase by ATRP using Wang resin, because of its good rigid properties. The detailed experimental procedure as follows: the poly(GMA) with epoxy group was grafted by ATRP using Cu2+ catalyst on the surface of Wang resin with 2-bromoisobutyryl bromide. The phosphoric acid group was introduced by phosphonation, and then the Zr4+ ion was also introduced on the phosphonated poly(GMA)-grafted Wang resin. The obtained metal affinity stationary phases were confirmed through FT-IR, TGA, XPS, 1H NMR and FE-SEM.
