제목 |
Synthesis of thermally crosslink-able small molecular hole transporting materials using styrene unit for solution processed organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs). |
초록 |
Thermally cross-linkable hole transporting material was synthesized and analyzed for fabricating multi-layer organic light emitting diodes using a solution process. Thermally cross-linkable styrene unit was substituted in the hole transporting carbazole and diphenylamine cores to reduce solubility after thermal annealing to the emitting material solvent. The HOMO energy level of synthesized material was adequate for hole transporting layer showed -5.92 eV. And this material was evaluated by multi-layer organic light emitting diodes using a solution process. Device property results showed that evaluated material had enhanced external quantum efficiency. As a result of this study, it is expected that the synthesized material can be used as a hole transporting material for solution processed OLEDs. |
