제목 Electrochemical characteristics of supercapacitors based on 2-D MXene and MXene/rGO composite electrodes using electro-spray deposition method.
초록 We fabricated supercapacitor electrodes with 2-dimensional transition metal carbide, MXene (Ti3C2) and MXene/rGO composites. The 2-D MXene was produced by selectively etching the Al layer of Ti3AlC2 with 50% hydrofluoric acid to form a multilayer structure followed by layer exfoliation. Electrodes were deposited on a stainless steel substrate by electro-spraying of a voltage of 1.1 kV/cm with a feeding rate of 50 μl/min. The electro-sprayed electrodes increased the surface area with porous structures. The cyclic voltammetry (CV) test was performed on 6 M KOH and 1 M H2SO4 aq. solutions, respectively. In this study, excellent electrochemical behaviors of supercapacitor electrodes using MXene (Ti3C2) were discussed.
