제목 Effect of Silica Component Ratios and Acrylic Functionality on the Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Film Properties Using Sol-Gel Method
초록 In previous our work, we have been studied colloid silica particles with hydroxy group reacted with urethane acrylate oligomer by siliane coupling agent. We tried to show the effect silica content on the hardness of organic-inorganic thin film. In order to understand the enhancement of thin films properties such as hardness, and abrasion, acrylic resin was synthesised using urethane acrylate oligomer and acrylate monomer with their different functionality. Inorganic parts involved silica component were synthesised by sol-gel reaction with silane coupling agents. We observed the effect urethane acrylate functionality on their thin films properties by hardness tester, TGA, and HR-SEM.
