제목 Structural, wetting properties of CoO doped borosilicate glass for the low sintering temperature of pocelain enamel
초록 There are many researches about the CoO effect in the glass systems for the adhesion property, but it is not clear for the Structural and wetting properties. The aim of this work is to investigate the relationship between amount of CoO and the Structural and wetting property of porcelain enamel. 45SiO2-15B2O5-25Na2O-15CaO glasses doped with different amount of CoO were prepared. The samples were characterized by X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS), Thermo Mechanical Analyzer (TMA), Scanning electron microscope (SEM),  Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and Thermal microscope. We confirmed that the non-bridging oxygen increased in glass system as the amount of CoO increased, and the adhesion strength of enamel also increased.
