제목 | Waste heat power plant equipment cost modeling based on System Modeling Language |
초록 | Waste heat discharged during electrical power generation can be recovered to produce additional electrical power, namely waste heat power plant (WHPP). As a complementary system, WHPP’s cost should be carefully estimated to assess its investment worth. As we had previously proposed, cost prediction for WHPP is crucial. In this work, we continue by modeling both the main equipment of WHPP and cost by using Systems Modeling Language (SysML). We provide two alternatives to use the cost model. In the first case, users should input the equipment values directly to obtain the cost. While in the second case, users should model the equipment configuration and use it to obtain the cost, which reflects model-based engineering. This study achieves the partial objective in our long-term effort to develop an overall model-based engineering for power plant industry.
