제목 Photodynamic and photothermal dual therapy based on photosensitizer loaded graphene oxide nano sheet
초록 In this study, we prepared non-covalently functionalized Pluronic-nano graphene oxide (nano GO) to achieve photodynamic-photothermal dual therapy by loading a hydrophilic photosensitizer (methylene blue). This nano GO has a good colloidal stability in serum-containing environment, and the release rate of photosensitizer from nano GO was accelerated at acidic pH. Nano GO showed a preferential accumulation at tumor sites, and the synergistic photodynamic-photothermal effect on tumor ablation was achieved in vivo.
