Bulk Heterojunction Solar Cell is a single layer of film coated on the substrate.The p-n junction required for built in electric field are not separated and can be found at all places on the surface of single film.There are various approaches to make the film. We are using Polymer/ Sol-Gel Precursor approach to make the film. Polymer MDMO-PPV and CdSe Sol Gel Precursor will be used as material. Nano-crystals exihibit size dependent properties which can be combine with polymer for making film. |
