제목 Inverted polymer solar cells introducing solution-processed dipole interlayer
초록 Polymer solar cells (PSCs) have attracted a lot of attentions as the next environment-friendly energy source due to solution processability, light-weight, low cost and flexibility. Despite those advantages, they need more researches because of low power conversion efficiency (PCE) and long-term stability. Especially for stability, inverted PSCs have demonstrated better stability compared with conventional PSCs. Additionally for high efficiency, metal fluorides, especially lithium fluoride(LiF) and barium fluoride(BaF2) are usually introduced as electron transporting layer in conventional PSCs for better electron extraction due to tunneling effect by formation of dipole layer. However, since they are insoluble in water or other solvent, evaporation process is inevitable, resulting in increase of process cost and difficulty of introduction in inverted PSCs. In this study, we fabricated inverted PSCs with solution-processable dipole interlayer. As a result, PCE was enhanced with long-term stability.
