제목 Structure Evolution of Tetrathiafulvalene based Asymmetric Molecule
초록 A tetrathiafulvalene (TTF) based asymmetric molecule (asym-TTF) was newly synthesized and identified. The crystal structure was confirmed to be a monoclinic unit cell from the 2D WAXD pattern of the oriented asym-TTF. The morphological observation by utilizing TEM, AFM, and POM indicated that the asym-TTF formed flat ribbons as well as scrolled and helical structures. Based on the experimental results, the scrolled and helical structures were induced by the unbalanced surface stresses generated during the crystallization process.
