As global warming triggered by greenhouse gases gradually causes noticeable damage to the environment, electrochemical CO2 reduction has been shed light on a promising means to solve the climate change. In particular, numerous researchers have already studied various materials for CO2 electrochemical reduction. However, it is still required to develop highly selective CO conversion electrode for higher value-added CO2 utilization. Herein, we chose Silver (Ag) for high CO Faradaic efficiency and synthesized Ag based electrodes. CO2 reduction performance of the Ag based electrode was checked via electrochemical evaluation. Furthermore, Ag electrocatalysts were carried out characteristic analysis such as SEM-EDS and XRD to understand the morphological, chemical structure of Ag electrocatalyst. **This study has been conducted with the support of the Ulsan Metropolitan City as “Development of Carbon Dioxide Capture and Utilization Technology for Greenhouse Gas Reduction”(U201900107). |
