GLASS-CERAMIC COATING FOR ASH FOULING PREVENTION |
초록 |
A protective glass-ceramic coating was synthesized on S45C JIS G 4051 steel substrate by the slurry–spraying method. Four fly ashes from four different Korean incinerators were considered because it they were very rich in alkali, chlorine, and calcium. Anti-fouling testing, thermal conductivity measurement, and microstructure observation were performed to evaluate the performance of the coating. The developed ceramic coating were found to be excellent and its can be applied on to boiler tubes in a real facility to protect them from the fouling problem. |
