제목 Dielectric Properties of Willemite Glass-Ceramics at Microwave Frequencies
초록 Willemite (Zn2SiO4) glass-ceramics with TiO2 were prepared by a conventional melting and heat-treated crystallization method to develop new microwave dielectric materials with a low heat-treatment temperature. The dependence of microwave dielectric properties on the crystallization behaviours of the specimens was investigated. TiO2 addition decreased the activation energy of crystallization and increased the degree of crystallization. These results induced the reduction of heat-treatment temperature without degradation of the microwave dielectric properties. The dielectric constants (K) and quality factor (Qf) of the specimens depended on the density and degree of crystallization. The temperature coefficients of resonant frequency (TCF) of the specimens increased with increasing TiO2 content. The effects of microstructures on the microwave dielectric properties were also discussed.
