제목 Determination of the Crystallographic Orientation of Photovoltaic Semiconductor Alloys SnSe(1-x)Sx by Polarized Raman Spectroscopy
초록 P-type semiconductor materials such as SnS(e) have gained interests in photovoltaic applications due to being earth abundant, low-toxic, and of relatively low-cost aside from being widely known to have high absorption coefficient and potential electrical properties. In this particular study, the evolution of the optical phonons in photovoltaic semiconductor alloys SnSe(1−x)Sx is reported as a function of the composition by polarized Raman spectroscopy. The results from this investigation are expected to be useful in the optical characterization of CZTSSe solar cells and other tin monochalcogenide-based solar cells by Raman spectroscopy.
