제목 | Fabrication of Electrochemical Aptasensor Composed of Multi-functional DNA on Micro-Gap for Interferon Gamma Detection in Human Serum |
초록 | Authors fabricated a electrochemical interferon gamma (IFNγ) biosensor composed of DNA 3-way junction of Ag-ion intercalated. Each MF-3WJ was designed to have an IFNγ aptamer sequence, a fixed region and 4 C-C mismatch region. The biosensor signal through SWV method showed a linear range of ~ 10 ng/ml from 1 pg/ml in 10% diluted human serum and the LOD was 0.42 pg/ml.
