제목 Microfluidics-based detection of various pathogens using integrated centrifugal device
초록 An integrated centrifugal microfluidic device based on colorimetric detection of various pathogens was modified and characterized for colorimetric detection of various microbial pathogens. Microbeads-assisted extraction and purification of bacterial genomic DNA, target DNA amplification and detection were fully integrated. A highly efficient detection method of colour change during target DNA amplification was developed and optimized. The detection of pathogens was demonstrated using this integrated centrifugal microfluidic device.
