제목 Flexible Transparent Conducting Hybrid Film Using Surface-embedded Copper Nanowire (CuNW) Network: A Highly Oxidation-Resistant CuNW Electrode for Flexible Optoelectronics
초록 We report a flexible high-performance conducting film using an embedded CuNW transparent conducting electrode (TCE) (CuNW-GFRHybrimer film); this material can be used as a TCE/film platform for typical flexible optoelectronic devices such as organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs). The monolithic composite structure of the CuNW-GFRHybrimer film enables simultaneously an outstanding oxidation stability of the CuNW TCE (14 d at 80 oC), an exceptionally smooth surface topography (Rrms < 2 nm), and an excellent opto-electrical performances (Rsh = 25 Ω sq-1 and T = 82 %). A flexible OLED device is fabricated on the CuNW-GFRHybrimer film to demonstrate its potential as a flexible CuNW TCE/film platform.
