Synthesis of LaCrO3 at Low Temperature by the PVA Gel Combusion Method |
초록 |
LaCrO3 powder has been synyhesized by the combusion of gel from polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) and metal nitrates at low temperature(700℃). LaCrO3 powder was characterized by X-ray Diffraction(XRD), Thermogravimetric and Differential Thermal Analysis(TG-DTA), Field Emission Electron Microscopy(FESEM) and Brunaure-Emmet-Teller(BET). The LaCrO3 of Perovskite powders was synthesized by the PVA gel combusion method at 700℃. The LaCrO3 powders was obtained from PVA/metal with ratio was 3:1 by mol, pH=3-4 and 80℃ for gel formation. The specific surface area of LaCrO3 nanopowders was 14 m2/g and average partical size was 60-70 nm. |
