제목 Synthesis of LaCrO3 at Low Temperature by the PVA Gel Combusion Method
초록 LaCrO3 powder has been synyhesized by the combusion of gel from polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) and metal nitrates at low temperature(700℃). LaCrO3 powder was characterized by X-ray Diffraction(XRD), Thermogravimetric and Differential Thermal Analysis(TG-DTA), Field Emission Electron Microscopy(FESEM) and Brunaure-Emmet-Teller(BET). The LaCrO3 of Perovskite powders was synthesized by the PVA gel combusion method at 700℃. The LaCrO3 powders was obtained from PVA/metal with ratio was 3:1 by mol, pH=3-4 and 80℃ for gel formation. The specific surface area of LaCrO3 nanopowders was 14 m2/g and average partical size was 60-70 nm.
