제목 Extraction of active ingredient from angelica using the microwave energy
초록 In modern society, people has been a growing interest in aging. Accordingly, research has been conducted as to the active antioxidants to prevent aging. Antioxidants are found in natural substances such as Angelica. In this experiment, Using the microwave, to extract the antioxidants in Angelica. An advantage of extraction using microwave is to rapidly heat in a short time substance. However, the extraction process has the disadvantage that it is difficult. Therefore, In order to complement the shortcomings, Mini Tap utilizes a response surface analysis program, RSM (Response Surface Methdology). And, Extraction of optimum conditions of antioxidants (EtOH, Time, Power) to try to present.
