제목 | Nanofiber nonwovens of poly(vinyl alcohol) doped with surfactant via electrospinning |
초록 | Recently, it has increased to be interest in another method of fiber production. Electrospinning that can consistently produce fibers, which are sub-micron in diameter. Charaterization of the formation of electrospun nanofibers shows that solution viscosity and surface tension of solution are the main factors. Surfactant can be defined as compounds having a nature to gather around the interface between two different materials altering the properties of the interface remarkably. In the present work, we have prepared nanofiber nonwovens from poly(vinyl alcohol)/surfactant mixture and investigated their properties. Distilled water was used as solvent. The structure and morphology of PVA nanofiber nonwovens doped with surfactant were analyzed by SEM, WAXD and DSC. |
