제목 Synthesis of Organic-Inorganic Multi-Dimensional Perovskites and Investigation of Their Opto-Electronic Properties
초록 In this talk, I will talk about the preparation of organic-inorganic multi-dimensional perovskites and Investigation of their opto-electronic Properties. More details, three topics will be introduced. The first topic is improvement of photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) and carrier mobility of organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite quantum dots (QDs) through crystallinity control and solid-state ligand exchange, second topic is the temperature-dependent photoluminescence of multi-dimensional perovskites and analysis on their photo-physical properties, and third topic is the effects of polar solvent treatment on optical-electrical properties of the perovskite thin film.
