Ion beam-induced micropatterning of cells on biodegradable polycaprolactone films |
| 초록 |
An efficient method for cell patterning on a poly(caprolactone) (PCL) film was developed by using ion implantation. Selective ion implantation on the surface of a PCL film was used to create the hydrophilic/hydrophilic regions on the PCL surface. The surface properties of the irradiated PCL films such as their chemical composition, wettability, and cell adhesion were investigated. The cells were adhered to the ion-implanted regions of the PCL film surface. |
