Preparation of aligned porous PLA fiber by electrospinning |
| 초록 |
Poly(lactic acid)(PLA) polymer is such a kind of biocompatible and biodegradable material having potential environmental and biomedical applications. For the purpose using PLA scaffold, we prepared to porous fiber using phase separation during electrospinning. Aligned electrospun fiber could be obtained by using a rapidly rotating drum.The morphology of aligned porous PLA fiber was observed to field emissions scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM). |
